COVID-19 RULES & REGULATIONS

We are happy that the 32. International Uster Triathlon can take place on July, 17/18 2021. As the event will be one of the first big sport events taking place again, there will still be a few COVID-19 rules & regulations in place.

With your participation we trust that you will respect and adhere to the measures in place and support us in organizing an event which save for the athletes, volunteers and the community. We cannot wait to see you racing again and are looking forward to seeing you at the start line.

Below you find an overview of the most import rules & regulations for this year´s edition:

  • Access to the event area will only be allowed with a COVID-Certificat. Please download the app before you travel to Uster and make sure that you register your status (recovered, vaccinated, tested). A PDF-Print will also be accepted. A COVID-Certificat will be issued to everyone who has recovered from COVID-19, is fully vaccinated or has been tested negatively (Antigen-Test 48h, PCR-Test 72h before entering the event area). • Important: A COVID-Certificate must also be provided by all foreign athletes. If the international certification app will not be available or if your country is not part of the international solution at that point in time, you need to do a test in Switzerland and download the Swiss COVID-Certificate App in order to enter the event area.
  • After the positive check of the COVID-Certificate all athletes, volunteers and external staff will be issued a COVID TEST OK wristband. Athletes can only get their bib number with this wristband. Access to the event area will only be granted to people wearing the wristband.
  • Spectators are not allowed in the event area this year.
  • In the event area, masks are not compulsory, however social distancing still applies.
  • At aid stations, athletes need to pick up their own nutrition. The only exceptions are the aid stations on the bike course. Here volunteers will be wearing gloves and will be handing the bottles to the athletes.

  • There will be no possibility to store valuables this year and no lost&found. In case you lost something, please contact us after the event via email: gruezi@moovemee.ch.
